To participate, you must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age. By submitting a referral, you represent that you have a pre-existing relationship with the referred individual and have obtained their prior consent to share their contact information with us.

3. Consent and Privacy

You agree not to submit information for individuals who have not explicitly agreed to be contacted by Albarran Insurance Agency. We will use the provided information solely for the purpose of offering insurance quotes and related services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. No Guaranteed Rewards

Unless explicitly stated in a specific, limited-time promotional offer, submitting a referral does not guarantee any form of compensation, cash, gift card, discount, or reward. Any promotional rewards are subject to state insurance laws and regulations, which prohibit rebating or offering unlawful inducements.

5. Professional Partners

Real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professional partners submitting referrals must comply with all applicable industry regulations, including RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), when interacting with our agency.

6. Modifications and Termination

Albarran Insurance Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
